New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

After the trial

Because access to digital content starts immediately, payments after the trial are generally non-refundable. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Exceptions

If you were charged by mistake or could not access the Service because of a fault on our side, contact support@candleflux.com within 7 days and we will review it.
